A comfortable leather couch is the perfect spot to sip an afternoon aperitif and gaze at views of either the Rangá River or Hekla volcano. Intimate and comfortable, these rooms are the ultimate retreat for travelers after a day filled with adventure.

Art at Hotel Rangá
We are passionate about highlighting Icelandic artwork and our hotel is full of beautiful pieces by local artists. Almost all of our rooms are decorated with unique murals inspired by Iceland – from galloping horses, to sleepy sheep, to beautiful purple lupine, to scenes from the Icelandic sagas.
Our suites also feature handcrafted furniture and artwork from around the globe. We work directly with experts to source authentic designs so that our guests find themselves instantly transported to another continent.
