General Information

Hotel Rangá is a luxury countryside hotel and the only four star resort in South Iceland. The hotel is located between the villages of Hella and Hvolsvöllur, situated just off the main road in the midst of South Iceland’s Panoramic Scenery. Hotel Rangá’s Property includes stunning picturesque views of Eystri Rangá the salmon river, the famous volcano Mt. Hekla, several glaciers and the Westman Islands. It’s an ideal location – only an hour’s drive from the capital – and give you a real taste of Iceland. Hotel Rangá offers an optimal atmosphere to meet every traveler’s needs, whether one is seeking relaxation, pleasure, adventure or business.
